greatly enjoyed spending my time in this tidy good budget hotel. overall it was well furnished with bathroom. the staff were extremely helpful and amicable and the location was excellent. the restaurant was very nice and the food was delicious. nothing too much trouble, i had a fine stay and would stay here again and again.

My family and I had a delightful Christmas stay at a hotel in Nowy Sacz. the rooms were always clean, quiet, and comfortable. the hotel staff was very accommodating, and the breakfast was always fresh and delicious. I loved that the rooms were equipped with a small fridge, which was a big plus for us. the key location near to the center of town made exploring the surrounding pubs, clubs, and shops incredibly easy.

the air conditioning was too noisy, which made it difficult to sleep at times, especially during the hot weather.
